Information for clinic users
Agree on staff access, review and follow-up duties.
Use assigned access
Clinic accounts should be used by the people authorized for the program. Do not share credentials or access information outside your assigned responsibilities.
Review is a clinical workflow
The clinic must define who reviews patient entries, when review occurs and how follow-up is handled. Software visibility alone does not assign those duties.
Confirm the agreement
Request the terms applicable to the pilot before accessing a real patient environment. Technical access does not replace professional or organizational responsibilities.
